What is AIROC?

AIROC (A.I. IoT Robotics Challenge) is the thematic challenge format, held annually at state, national, and international levels across ASEAN.

AIROC Malaysia 2026

AIROC Malaysia 2026 is the largest school-level AI & Robotics competition in Malaysia. With over 200 participating schools, 5,000 students, and 50 education partners across the country, it is the premier platform for students to develop real-world STEM skills.

Key facts:

Team size: 2 students (primary) or 3 students (secondary), plus 1 mentor/teacher
Platform: Pythaverse Simulator (browser-based, zero hardware cost to start)
Robot: Leanbot Standard / Leanbot IoT (required for on-site rounds)
Languages supported: English and Bahasa Malaysia
